Holistic Healing was born from my own journey of healing.
After facing autoimmune issues and debilitating symptoms of my own, I began looking beyond conventional medicine alone and discovered the profound impact that Reiki, meditation, functional medicine and energy work could have on the whole person. Those experiences didn't just support my healing. They changed the way I understood wellness and reignited my purpose.
I created Holistic Healing to bring that same sense of possibility to others. Today, we've grown into a welcoming community at the Jersey Shore where experienced practitioners bring together modern, evidence-informed care with time-honored healing practices for the mind, body and spirit.

This practice and all of the specialists here are phenomenal!!! I have been here for massage therapy with Tatiana, which was AMAZING. As well as tried the reiki and biofield tuning yesterday with Kathleen. I will say that these sorts of things were very foreign to me, and I had no background or beliefs if I am being so honest. But my session with Kathleen yesterday was so unbelievably incredible, eye opening and truly life changing. She was so thoughtful and clear with communicating the whole time so I understood what she was doing and why. But also the messages and healing she performed has lifted such a tremendous weight from my brain, in just the first session!! Their space is quaint but so beautiful, the staff is beyond friendly, and in all honesty their prices are BEYOND fair. I am really looking forward to going to more sessions and events here, because it is truly a fabulous place.
